Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Ukrainian citizens
- Must apply to accredited Mandarin language centers in Taiwan
- Preference is given to candidates who hold a TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) certificate
- Must demonstrate strong academic motivation and interest in language learning

Application Process

- Submit Application by Mail – Send the complete application package to the Education Division of the Taipei Representative Office in Poland before the deadline.
